CNC wood turning.
Custom and wholesale woodturning for lighting, furniture and product brands. Our CNC lathe turns solid timber up to 500mm diameter and 1500mm between centres, holding 0.3mm from the first part to the last. One-off prototypes, short runs or full production, from a drawing, a sample or a photo.
Lamp bases & bodies · Pendant shades · Table & chair legs · Spindles & feet · Handles & knobs · Bowls & trays
4th axis timber milling.
Our lathe doesn't stop at round. Its milling spindle and rotary axis cut flutes, slots, holes and off-centre profiles while the part is still held. Turned and milled in one setup, so the last piece matches the first.
Fluting & reeding · Cable slots & switch pockets · Cross & radial drilling · Flats, facets & non-concentric profiles
What's 4th axis? The part rotates under a milling cutter, so features can go anywhere around it, not just a spun profile.
